Milk Orders

Please be aware that once the milk is collected by the courier we can only do so much to track it.  We send it on an overnight delivery that leaves us in the afternoon and should arrive with you by 4.30pm the next day.  If the weather is hot then we will take the milk to the depot so it spends more time in the freezer and less time in the delivery van.

If it does not arrive by 4.30pm you MUST contact us IMMEDIATELY so that we can chase the order.  If you do not contact us IMMEDIATELY we will not replace the order if it is then delivered late and the product is spoilt.  Please do NOT wait two or three days to contact us.

We will do our very best to chase up and sort out any orders that do not arrive on time but we cannot be held responsible for the mistakes of the courier firm.  It is not possible to insure perishable goods. Thank you for your understanding.
